Malaika Floyd has developed a unique program which adopts key elements and concepts from her fitness background, as well here extensive dance career of over 23 years. Malaika's training techniques are designed to correct muscular imbalances, rehabilitate minor injuries, stimulate your fat burning metabolism, dramatically improve strength, power, core stability, balance, endurance, mental function and flexibility at an accelerated pace. Her uniquely customized programs successfully produce long-term behavioral modifications, vastly improve physical appearance, overall health and quality of life. Malaika is a top of the line certified pre-natal and post-natal specialist and is so excited  and passionate about being apart of your journey! Pre and Post-nataltraining sessions will be balanced and educational! We will cover safe exercises and workouts that will both strengthen your body as well prevent possible pregnancy related challenges. By focusing on the breathe, core foundations, functional movement, and the power of the mind, we can build the foundations that will allow you to thrive during your pregnancy, early postpartum, and well into your modern mom lifestyle.
