Hoshi Nights: Rooftop Sound Bath
Join us at Nobu Hotel Atlanta for an immersive nighttime sound bath inspired by hoshi, the Japanese word for star. Unwind beneath a canopy of night sky as the resonance of crystal bowls and soothing soundscapes invite you to a deeper level of relaxation.

Soothing Sound Bath
Monthly sound baths are back! Join me every month at Sati Yoga & Wellness for a 60 minute sound experience. Using therapeutic singing bowls and various other sound instruments, one may shift into a deeply relaxed state, where time disappears, physical boundaries dissolve, and problems and worries melt away.
New Moon Floating Sound Bath
Join us each New Moon for a 75-minute floating sound bath, blending breath-work, guided visualization, and deep relaxation. Immerse yourself in the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing soundscapes as you gently float, letting stress melt away.
