Service Description
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. The practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), scanning the body and various points in the body, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Paired with healing singing bowls, you'll be guided into a deep meditative state and induced into a higher conscious awareness. We invite you to relax, let go, and release through this healing journey as the combined meditation practice and sound vibrations work on your physical and energetic body to clear, align, and detoxify. Due to recent developments concerning Covid-19, this event will stay within social distancing protocol! All participants will be setup at least 6 feet apart and masks are required. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat for comfort! Parking: There is a parking lot right outside the building as well as plenty of street parking!
